These pages describe how we start. They are not tax advice for your year, and they are not legal or financial advice.

Reading them does not make you a client. A client relationship starts only when you accept the letter that names the work and the fee.

We prepare a return, keep books, read a notice with you, or write what to set aside.

We do not form a company, choose an entity, run payroll, or prepare a package for a lender. If that is the question, we will say so.

You read the return before anything is filed. You read a reply to a notice before it is sent.

If a figure is missing, we ask. We do not guess it. Originals stay with you. You send copies.

The fee is named in that letter, before the work begins. Nothing on this site is a quote. We do not bill by the minute on a clock you cannot see.

We do not promise a refund, a lower bill, or a particular answer from a tax agency. An estimate of what to set aside is an estimate. If the year changes, it changes.

The form opens your own mail. We have the letter only after you send it. Sending it asks us to reply. It does not start the work.

We may change these pages. The letter you accepted is what governs the work, not a later change here.

Any license that applies to the work is stated in that letter. It is not stated on this site.
